SAP Tech Night Melbourne (Virtual Event) - Wednesday 6th May 2020
Event Information
Description
There is no doubt that COVID-19 has impacted and continues to impact on all of our lives - all of the usual freedoms and independence, which we probably took for granted, has needed to be restricted for the good of our loved ones, our health systems and generally our countries survival through this pandemic. It has also impacted on conferences and the like - definitely in terms of attending them in person and over the last month we have had to cancel the previous SAP Tech Night as well as the SAP Stammtisch here in Melbourne.
BUT....it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the first SAP Tech Night Melbourne #sitMEL of 2020 and this be held virtually via Zoom!
The beauty of holding this online is the fact that now anyone from any part of the world can join!! So please register and we will be glad to see you on the night.
Let’s reinvigorate the SAP Community everywhere.
***This is an online (virtual) event***
We have 3 great sessions lined up including:
- Phil Cooley giving a quick update on the latest SAP Community news.
- Kemin Li will be showcasing an application he built to report on COVID-19 cases in NSW. He will take you through the architecture and showcase the application he built on Microsoft Azure.
- Priyanka Patankar (long time supporter of the SAP Tech Nights) will speak about the evolution of a real world application and how the performance was significantly improved from > 1 minute to less than 5 seconds.
**A ZOOM meeting link will be sent to those that register on the 28th April. The link will not be publicised so please register. **
See the blog post for more details or to provide comments/questions.
