A dance class on the beach, moving at your own pace while listening through silent disco headsets.. Finishing with a stretch and meditation.
Meet in the carpark 10 min before event starts. Walk down to the beach together . Bring a drink and your own mat/blanket to sit on for the stretch and meditation
