Escape mental health week in style.
Replenish your heart and spirit in the beautiful private parklands of Longridge Park, Warrandyte this mental health week, forget about all the worries and rhetoric. This is our time.
This 24 hour art and nature retreat is for all mental health lived experience advocates, people on the recovery journey, peers, our friends, family and mental health allies. Everyone's welcome! Come and enjoy artist-led workshops including plein-air art, bush-craft, trail walks, yoga and even bring your inflatable boats to paddle around in the cool waters of the higher reaches of the Yarra river. There's a beach!
Non-powered camping is permitted for anyone who wants to give it a go. But if sleeping in a tent isn't quite your thing, definitely stay around for the divine evening campfire experience at night.
Carparking on site. Bus 906 from city, alight at Warrandyte High School stop. Longridge Park is 1.5 km down Alexander Rd (best to arrange pick up)
No dogs at the event sadly, due to the presence of many native animals in the park (accredited Assistance Animals welcome)
Book now! Spaces are limited. Booking here is free, a $10 ticket fee (per adult) will be collected on the day.
