About this event

This is a famous cheesecake from the Northern Basque region of Spain. It has no base and is cooked for a short time and a very high temperature. You will be cooking your own to sample on the day with a take home tote bag including the Basque Cheesecake Recipe and a cheesecake tin & bottle of wine.
