1.Lern how to make doburoku at home: Doburoku is a sake made by combining water, rice and rice malt. Doburoku is the most simple and oldest of sake made from rice.
To be called doburoku, it must be unfiltered.
Doburoku is characterised by the sweetness and moderate acidity of the rice, its gorgeous aroma and the strange sensation of it bursting in the mouth. As the ingredients are not filtered, it is also rich in nutrients.
2.Taste a Sake: Explore difference between unfiltered sake and filtered sake. Discover the unique flavors and aromas that make each one unique.
3.Snack made with sake lees : Snacks made with sake lees by Rieko will be offered. Enjoy the depth of flavour and distinctive character of snaks made with sake lees.
4.Sake Cocktails: Discover how sake can be a creative ingredient in cocktails. Learn to mix and enjoy a new twist on traditional cocktail recipes using doburoku as a base.

Sake Sommelier Kana Aoyama, She is SSA Sake educator based in Melbourne.As she also a certified sake sommelier with a passion for pairing sake with different types of cuisine. She finds joy in discovering new and exciting flavours and experiences through sake. Her mission is to share these experiences with customers and to help create meaningful memories through sake.She is committed to helping people to explore the world of sake and find the perfect pairings for their meals.
