Safari Photography at Werribee Open Range Zoo-Wildlife Photography Course

Join us at Werribee's amazing Open Range Zoo where we plan to take you on an adventure. A wildlife photography course on board a Safari Bus!

We are very excited to launch our newest and exciting workshop.Join us at Werribee's amazing Open Range Zoo, where we plan to take you on a photographic adventure. A wildlife photography course on board a safari bus!We meet at the Zoo, and after a short introduction, we board the Safari bus to travel out to meet rhinos, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and more. Unlike the general safari bus, we go "off-road" to have close encounters with some fantastic animals and, most importantly, photograph them in an environment without cages and fences.

The safari bus takes us out for over an hour, and then my team will guide you around the rest of Werribee Zoo, including a chance to photograph Cheetahs, Gorillas, Hippos, Lions, Meerkats, and much more.

The price includes bus hire and Zoo admission.Due to the vehicle size, the class is limited to 10 students and two teachers.

What do I bring, and What level of skill do I need?

Your Camera (Obviously!), charged camera batteries, and cards for lots of great photos.Medium and bigger zooms are perfect for this class. We cater to all skill levels, from novices to master photographers and ages 9 to 99. Just bring your camera and your enthusiasm.

Rain Policy This class is an all-weather event.
