Do I need yoga experience?

No, this is a gentle and slow paced style of yoga. Kelly will guide you through each of the poses and help you adapt to suit your unique body with cues and hands-on assistance (with permission).

What if I've never attended a sound healing?

Perfect! You are in for a treat, sound healing is a beautiful compliment to yin yoga and in this session we are combining these two practices for a layered experience.

What is Yin yoga?

Yin yoga originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine and works with the elements, meridians and organs by stretching the body and holding the poses to allow the free flow of Chi - life force energy. In Yin yoga we hold the stretches from 1-2 min up to 7-8 min with the support of props and breath.
