Sacred Yin and Sound by Kelly Finnis and Colleen Pearce

Step into a sacred space of remembrance—guiding you to surrender and reconnect with yourself on a soul level.

On the last Monday of the month, join us for a deeply nourishing combination of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing—led with heart by two passionate facilitators who share a powerful synergy and a deep love for holding space.

What to Expect

✨ Yin Yoga

Gently reconnect your mind, body and soul with a yin yoga practice led by Kelly. In this slow and meditative style of yoga, you will be guided into restorative poses—supported by your breath and soft props for you to let go, surrender and release tension. Throughout the practice your Chi energy will flow, assisted by light touch, stories and mindful cues, these passive stretches will take you deeper and deeper still.

✨ Sound Healing

Feel the soothing vibrations during your yin yoga practice, as Colleen takes you on a journey, weaving gongs, crystal bowls, and sacred instruments for a deeply relaxing and healing experience. The frequencies of the sound instruments work together on a cellular and energetic level to create a cocoon of transformation and restoration.

Together Kelly and Colleen will guide you into a sacred state of remembrance and reconnection.
