Join us as we come together under the energy of the full moon to connect to ourselves and with each other as we nourish our mind, body and soul.

With grounding meditations, heart-opening cacao ceremony and somatic body work practices to help you drop into your body and connect with your heart and soul desires - this is the time and space you desire to fully nourish and care for yourself.

March is the season for tuning into our intuition and trusting the inner wisdom within us to guide us forwards. The full moon in Virgo and total lunar eclipse is asking us to reflect on what no longer serves us on our journey and release inner patterns that try to keep us in control, in doubt or constant striving. The total lunar eclipse in Virgo is asking us to surrender perfection and release the need to know everything before you move forward. This is the time to let go of what is cluttering our mind and start listening and trusting your inner compass. The themes for the month are trust, flow and aligned action.

Give yourself permission to soften, feel and explore all of who you are whilst being held in a safe, sacred space with women in circle. Allow yourself to be seen, heard and welcomed for all that you are.
