I've never "clowned" before performed in front of people. Is this class for me?

Yes it is - the emphasis of Sacred Silliness is to give people from all walks of life an opportunity to experience what it is to be in front of large groups of people & to feel safe and whole. We spend a great deal of time setting up supportive foundations that ease you into the realm of the clown.

What if I am a seasoned vet?

Excellent - this is a space for you too to be lovingly guided to your own edges. Participants receive guidance and coaching suited to where they are at (only with consent of course!).
