Welcome yourself into a circle of belonging to practice deep listening, reflective and contemplative innerstanding, and awaken all levels / dimensions / aspects of your true self.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
Every workshop is designed to align with the energies of the time, that includes what earth / moon cycle it is and what’s present for the group who shows up.
The experience of these Sacred Circles generally includes a guided voice meditation, most likely complemented with a drum journey or other instruments, and healing energy transmissions.
We open a healing space and container for us to be in the sacred dreaming, where we consciously allow ourselves to meet with Spirit and Soul. We journey and share with intent in sacred circle, we respect that these spiritual practices are powerful and potent. We may welcome some intuitive movement. As we step further away from the thinking mind to the feeling heart by entering into meditative states to seek answers to our questions, practice to surrender and receive and experience profound connection with self and what is beyond your concept of self. We then deepen into activate, release or expand with channeled song codes within a shamanic journey.
"Sacred dreaming” may be both the practice of consciously dreaming our reality in, and it is also the place we are ‘in’ when we journey into these multidimensional realms. We may realise the profundity of how we are the multidimensional spiritual beings, having a physical and human experience. We want you to experience that on the level of your body, mind and soul.

Katara Sky is a Spiritual Awakening Guide, Intuitive Healer and Transformation Teacher who offers grounded practical teachings focused on helping conscious and purpose-seeking people to activate all the power they BE and create a better world together.
