Lane Cove Chiropractic has been established for over 30 years, and has helped deliver freedom and balance to the lives of hundreds of locals, living and working around Lane Cove.As a small practice, we pride ourselves in getting to know everyone who walks through the door on a personal level, and have had the priviledge of caring for up to 4 generations in some families.You are never too old or too young to benefit from chiropractic, we have cared for newborns, right through to long standing regulars in their 90's. Each phase of your life puts new and different stresses on the body, and we're here to help your body adjust to those changes, so you can lead a more relaxed life.

Mark Uren is hosting a Running Workshop to become a better runner. This will be a practical session aimed at improving your running.

On Saturday the 23rd April Mark will be doing a 2 hour Running Workshop which will be a practical session aimed at improving your running. The techniques and tips Mark will go over in this Workshop will help you to run more efficiently and with less chance of injury. Whether you’re a novice runner or someone who has been running for decades this Workshop is for you.

This is a practical event so The Workshop will be limited to 12 places.
*Dr Mark Uren, Owner and Chiropractor at Lane Cove Chiropractic has been running competitively for over 50 years and was ranked in Top 5 middle distance runners Nationally. He has competed at distances from 5k to marathons and finished in the top 10 at the World Masters Games 10k and is a Level 1 Recreational Run Coach Course with Athletics Australia.
