About the property:

Designed to meet the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Design Standard in the High Physical Support (HPS) category. Applications with Fully Accessible or Improved liveability SDA funding will also be considered.

• Each bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom for comfort and privacy
• Includes a shared Onsite Overnight Assistance Room (OOA)
• Heating and cooling throughout for year-round comfort
• Large indoor common room perfect for entertaining and mingling with housemates
