This is a gentle, early-evening gathering centred on conversation, shared practice, and creative connection, held entirely within regular gallery hours.
Inspired by the historical tradition of salons as spaces for exchange and dialogue, Romulus Salon offers a space for artists, designers, writers, musicians, performers, curators, and cultural practitioners to meet, reflect, and connect over time.
What to Expect
Romulus Salon is a curated, artist-led gathering shaped by presence, openness, and mutual respect across practices. The evening includes:
- Facilitated introductions (name tags provided)
- Gentle conversation prompts
- Open dialogue among the current exhibition
- Light refreshments are provided.

Arrival, settling in, and quiet viewing of the exhibition
5:20–5:35 PM
Facilitated introductions: name, creative practice, and what project you are currently working on or would like to develop
5:35–5:50 PM
Conversation prompts in pairs or small groups
5:50–7:00 PM
Open conversation and gallery wandering
