Riverland Destination Management Plan - Stakeholder Engagement Session 1
Join the discussion about our region’s vision and priorities and help shape tourism outcomes that support our people, communities and places
Have Your Say on the Future of Tourism in the Riverland
Join the discussion about our region’s vision and priorities and help shape tourism outcomes that support our people, communities and places to thrive.
The South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) and Destination Riverland (DR) are partnering to create a Destination Management Plan (DMP) for our region.
This plan will align with the refreshed South Australian Tourism Plan 2030, released in June 2025, and will replace the current Regional Visitor Strategy 2025.
The DMP will set a shared direction for tourism across the region, identifying priorities and aspirations that balance visitor experiences with the needs of our local communities and the places we care for.
It will guide future tourism activity, helping ensure time, effort and investment are focused where they can have the greatest positive impact. It will also support advocacy for funding and initiatives that reflect our region’s priorities.
As a valued member of our regional tourism community, we invite you to contribute your perspective by attending one of two Industry and Community Engagement Workshops.
