Join us for our Risotto Masterclass as our Chef will share his secrets to the perfect risotto.

This workshop will teach you the skills and techniques to make the perfect risotto every time – and how to adapt the risotto fundamentals to suit your pantry and palate. To serve with the risotto, there will be bottles of wine!! Local wines, matched to your dish. One glass for the pot, and four glasses for you! The class will begin with an introduction of the basics skills to mastering risotto along with different variations of flavours to elevate the flavour. The class with finish with a feast! This small group workshop will be held at the Aranda Long Table with only a limited number of tickets available. There will be a minimum number of participants required for the workshop to proceed, bookings essential.
