With a passion for supporting women’s pelvic health, Jeanine will guide you through safe, effective movements designed to strengthen and reconnect with your pelvic floor.

Kylie Bryant – Clinical Aromatherapist
Kylie will share education around natural support for hormones, menopause and women’s wellness, helping you better understand your body and feel supported from the inside out.

    Using Pilates rings and balls
