The Richmond Cricket Club's Academy program has been operational for 10 years.

At each age level (Cubs - U14, U16 & U18's) we have an Academy Squad of around 25 players.

From this list, we will choose a dowling shield squad of 15 players, however, training continues for the group as a whole, with games, net & fielding sessions scheduled from August to February.

The Academy Cost for the year will be around $450 this season. Players who make the dowling shield squad are not asked to pay anything further.
