Rhythmic Vitality - an opportunity to embrace the Chinese new year of the fire horse, and lead with courage, strength and vitality!

Welcome to Rhythmic Vitality; our nourishing community event to solidify the new Chinese year energy of courage, vitality and momentum.

May we ignite a force of untamed vitality, courage, momentum, and radiant self-expression in this next Somatic Dance. The ‘Fire Horse’ energy is bold, embodied, and unapologetically alive; it invites us to move from instinct, to trusting the heat of our inner truth, and to channel passion into purposeful direction.

This somatic dance journey will be facilitated in a space to regulate, release, and rise. Through rhythm, movement and breath, we will awaken the body to transmute stored tension into kinetic power, and cultivate fierce yet heart-led presence.

We welcome back DJ Mickey Space to facilitate our main somatic, sonic journey. Expect driving beats, primal flow, and moments of deep integration — welcoming clarity, vitality, and embodied intention.
We also welcome debutant Bella Funk who will be opening the space, with an atmospheric and rhythmic opening for us all to drop in.

Moving forward we are now offering dinner (for $7) for us to share before or after the dance. So bring an open heart and enjoy this immersive, and connecting community offering.
