Find out the most common issues facing business owners in Bendigo and be given access industry leaders to assist you with the issues holding back your business.

To gain the most from this session, participants are encouraged to complete a self-assessment diagnostic tool provided by the City of Greater Bendigo prior to the event, to determine where they most require assistance. A panel of industry leaders will provide advice in ten key areas: service, sales, marketing, team, strategic planning, budgeting/cashflow, productivity, profitability, leadership and balance, directly related to your results.

Registrations close Tuesday 9 August. You will receive your business health check tool shortly after this and be required to complete it by Sunday 14 August.
