WE WILL Return to Love.

With so much Fear in our society, our Hearts are becoming closed. This leads to sadness, depression and being cut off from our emotions and feelings. Long term, this can result in physical illness.

In this time together, we will start with a meditation before moving into dancing the exquisite and beautiful Dance of Love. This will open our heart centre, balance our upper and lower chakras, uniting our masculine and feminine energies.

After the Dance of Love, we will pour all of that beautiful energy into a Mandala artwork.

We will finish with a closing meditation and oracle cards.

In Sanskrit, the name for the Heart Chakra is ‘Anahata’ which translates to ‘unhurt’. The key to ‘Anahata’ is to find love, forgiveness and compassion, for both ourselves and others.

Dancing knowledge isn't needed. Just close your eyes and let the journey take you wherever you need to go.

What to bring: a bottle of water and something for the sacred alter

What to wear: comfortable clothes and as the colour of the heart chakra is emerald green, you may want to bring in a splash of green or even soft pink.
