REST Yoga Session with Annie

Come join us, once more, for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session with the amazing Annie at Cinco Passiones.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and de-stress after a long week. Especially with Winter well set in with her dark nights.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, Annie will guide you through a series of gentle poses and breathing exercises to help you find peace and balance.

Don't miss out on this chance to treat yourself to some much-needed self-care.

No experience needed, just you.

Wear warm, comfy layers (fluffly socks are a MUST!) and bring along your favourite blanket.

Stay for Light Refreshments to finish off your time together - dairy and gluten free will be catered for. Think delicious Dark Hot Chocolate, Fresh Fruit, Herbal Tea and other nibbles.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have done Yoga before?

Not at all! Restorative Yoga requires no effort and no experience. Just a willingness to give yourself this time. We use lots of props to support your body throughout each different pose so you can fully relax and release into each space. If you have any injury concerns, just reach out beforehand.

I'm pregnant - can I still come along?

You sure can! Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are used throughout the class to support your body. As long as you feel comfortable that you will be lying on the floor for a good length of time, we can support you through the session. Any questions, just reach out.

What should I wear?

Anything you are super comfy and warm in - think loose and easy to move in. Lots of layers (Hoodies are great!) and definitely a warm pair of fluffy socks are a must. Your body can cool down as you relax and spend that time in each pose so give yourself options to either de-layer or layer up.

What should I bring?

Bring yourself and your favourite thick blanket - we will have blankets there for you to use, but an extra layer (especially for our final pose, Savasana) is great to have on hand! You are welcome to bring a bottle of water, but there will be refreshments on hand as well.

I have dietary needs - will these be catered for?

The light refreshments (think herbal tea, dark hot chocolate made on Almond Milk, protein balls, fresh fruit etc) will cater for dairy and gluten free. Any other needs, just reach out beforehand to give us time to cater for you.

Is there a Cancellation Policy if I can't make the Session?

Yes - we ask for 48 hours notice if you cannot make the Session - this allows us to work to refill that space as easily as possible. Late Notice or No Shows may lose part or all of their ticket cost.

Parking?

Being on a Sunday - there will be OODLES of parking along Charles Street!
