This webinar focuses on the exploration of the changes to the Fair Work Act 2009 and their implications on employer obligations concerning workplace sexual harassment, sex discrimination and victimisation. Key amendments to the Act are analysed, along with practical advice on preventing and handling sexual harassment incidents at work. Additionally, the Respect@Work Council initiative is examined, including its ongoing endeavors in this area.
