Resilience In Action: Leveraging resilience to build adaptive teams

In a rapidly shifting environment, senior executives are leading through unrelenting change, rising expectations and shifting systems. In this landscape, the most effective leaders are those who can maintain personal steadiness while cultivating teams that can learn, adapt and respond with clarity.

This conversation brings together senior leaders for a strategic and reflective conversation on the internal and cultural foundations of resilience and adaptability. It recognises that executive leadership is not only about direction, but also capacity. The capacity to stay grounded, to think clearly under pressure, and to create conditions where people can thrive in uncertainty.

Resilience in Action offers a high impact, research informed reset designed specifically for leaders carrying the weight of major decisions, organisational expectations and system wide influence. It blends psychology, adaptive leadership thinking and practical application to help leaders strengthen themselves and the environments they shape.

In this interactive online conversation you:

  • identify and strengthen your personal resilience capacity
  • recognise the connection between your personal resilience and that of your teams
  • define the core characteristics of an adaptive culture
  • apply 3 leadership leverage points to foster adaptability in your teams and directorates.

This conversation supports your development in the following expected behaviours set out in Leadership Expectations:

  • Lead adaptively
  • Build capability
  • Think through complexity
