About Your Facilitator
Wendy Jenkins OAM is a certified resilience coach and neuroleadership practitioner with a strong corporate background and extensive experience delivering science-based resilience and wellbeing programs across Australia and internationally.
Wendy translates neuroscience into practical, relatable tools that help people improve their mental clarity, emotional regulation and everyday resilience. Her workshops are known for being warm, engaging and refreshingly down-to-earth, while still grounded in research and real-world application.
