Reset Workshop

RESET with @health_with_bec  and @samanthaflook
In this workshop we will be combining both of our skill sets to provide you with the essential information and tools to taking your next nourishing steps towards unlocking the healthiest version of you! 
Our aim is to "Reset" your present views of health into something more aligned, joyful and fun! 
Between both of us we have worked with and supported thousands of women to re-claim a healthy and positive relationship with their health. We both understand the pressures that can come with "maintaining" a healthy lifestyle, so we've created this workshop to help you ditch the guilt, feel confident in your skin and your choices and learn to fuel your body and mind with what will make you thrive in all areas of life! 
 
On the day:
Sammie Mindset and Wellness Coach will be guiding you to Re-claim your Inner Confidence around your Body Image and your Relationship with your Food.
Helping you get unstuck from your limiting beliefs, feel more confident in your skin and your health choices, to find more flow and joy within your day to day experiences.
She will be running you through a live coaching session, providing you with the tools to take nourishing control of your mindset, building flowing self acceptance and create a nourishing discipline to fill your life with what will make you the most thriving, happy and content version of you!
 
 
The Beautiful Bec will be gifting you her nutrition talents in real time!
Talking all things healthy weight management (without the hunger), the key take aways that have helped thousands within her programs, plus all the simple modern nutrition advice and hacks to achieve safe and sustainable weight loss whilst still feeling satisfied and nourished.
Plus her top tips around all things natural detoxing and the truths around dairy and gluten and if you should avoid it? There will be plenty of time at the end for Bec to answer all of your food and nutrition related questions!
