Reset, Nourish, Thrive is a free nutrition workshop hosted by McLaren Vale Chiropractic Centre and led by Reegan, designed for both current patients and anyone new who’s interested in improving their health.

Held at the end of summer, this workshop focuses on resetting habits and refocusing on sustainable weight loss, energy, and overall wellbeing. Drawing on his strong background in nutrition and experience coaching professional athletes, Reegan delivers practical, evidence-based advice that’s realistic, achievable, and easy to apply in everyday life.

Rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes, this session explores how nourishing your body properly can support fat loss, metabolism, gut health, recovery, and nervous system function—helping you feel better from the inside out.
