This webinar will explain what constitutes reportable conduct in NSW, ACT, and Victoria, and the legislative responsibilities of organisations in managing complaints against employees.

  • We will provide a brief overview of the reportable conduct framework
  • You will learn about the thresholds and guiding principles for investigating reportable conduct matters.
  • We will also provide a practical approach to the steps involved in conducting an investigation including witness interviews and making a finding of reportable conduct.

After attending this webinar you will understand your responsibilities in investigating and reporting conduct and the steps you can take to reduce the risk of allegations in your workplace.
