Event description

Description

The Commission for Children and Young People (the Commission) provides introductory information sessions to support organisations covered by the Reportable Conduct Scheme (the Scheme) to build their understanding of their obligations and responsibilities under the Scheme.

The information sessions are targeted at senior staff, such as CEOs, principal officers, human resources managers, governance and compliance managers.

Sessions include:

  • An overview of the Reportable Conduct Scheme
  • Whose conduct is covered by the Scheme?
  • What is reportable conduct?
  • Roles of the Head of Organisation
  • Notifications and investigations into reportable allegations
  • Where to find further guidance on the Commission’s website

Registration is essential and places are limited. During the registration process you will be asked to provide any key questions you would like to have addressed at the session. This will allow us to target the presentation.

For further information please contact the Commission for Children and Young People: email contact@ccyp.vic.gov. au or call 8601 5281.

Please note that the content in the session is not suitable for children.
