FAQs:

Can I go on both Tours?

The Tours will operate at the same time and same day, so you will only be able to go on one (1) Tour.

What time do the Tours depart?

Both ACT and NSW Tours will leave at 9am from their respective locations. Please allow time for travel and parking.

Can I bring children on the Tour?

Children are welcome on the Tour, but they’ll need to be able to sit quietly on the bus for the length of the tour. Please consider this, especially if you are bringing very young children. If you are bringing children, please make sure they are registered to secure a seat.

What should I wear on the Tour?

As you will be visiting operational renewable energy facilities, you will need to wear closed shoes and appropriate clothing for all weather types (sunny, rainy, and/or windy).

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Bus departure points are different for each Tour.

The ACT Loop will leave from Canberra Theatre, London Cct, Canberra City.

The NSW Loop will leave from Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council Chambers, 257 Crawford St, Queanbeyan. Both locations have carparks nearby.

Please consider the environment for your travel: walk, ride or catch public transport to and from the departure point.
