Releasing Guilt & Shame 9D Breathwork Session - Kingsley
Release guilt and shame, reconnect with self-compassion & experience emotional freedom through this deeply healing immersive journey
The Releasing Guilt & Shame journey is for anyone carrying the emotional weight of past experiences, relationships, or self-perceptions that have left them feeling stuck in guilt or shame. This powerful yet supportive 9D Breathwork experience offers a safe space to explore the roots of these emotions, gently release self-judgment, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self-compassion and inner peace.
Through immersive breathwork patterns, heart-centered guidance, and multidimensional therapeutic soundscapes, this journey guides you beneath the surface of limiting emotional patterns to begin the process of transformation and renewal. As layers of guilt and shame are released, many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their authentic selves — empowered to move forward with acceptance, confidence, and emotional freedom.
