What to bring

  • Yoga mat - for comfort during the session.
  • Water bottle - stay hydrated as energy moves.
  • Comfortable clothing - something you can fully relax and breathe in.
  • Journal + pen - to capture insights, reflections, or breakthroughs.
  • Blanket + cushion (optional) — the body can feel hot or cold during breathwork, so bring what helps you feel supported.

Please avoid this group event if you have any of the following:

  • High blood pressure or heart conditions
  • History/diagnosis of aneurysms
  • Detached retina
  • Pregnancy (first trimester)
  • Diagnosed PTSD
  • Recent surgery
  • Epilepsy, seizures, or severe asthma
  • Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
  • Currently taking medications that alter brain chemistry

Pat and Tiff aren’t just facilitators, they’re compassionate guides dedicated to creating safe, transformative spaces for healing and growth. Together, they bring over a decade of experience, having guided thousands of people through powerful breathwork and energy journeys worldwide.

Pat combines trauma-informed wisdom, somatic science, and intuitive facilitation. His approach blends breathwork, nervous system regulation, and bodywork to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true self.

Tiff brings radical compassion and deep insight through holistic coaching, Human Design, and inner child work. She has a gift for holding space with warmth while guiding you toward clarity, empowerment, and self-love.

Together, they create a sanctuary of safety, trust, and transformation — where you can release stress, awaken inner wisdom, and return to life with more freedom and joy.
