Are your yoga sessions are all levels? I'm not very flexible and not sure if I can do it.

All our activities are optional. The morning "Wake-Up" class is very gentle and easy for beginners. You will be surprised how light and great you feel after our yoga and meditation classes!

I have dietary requirements - will you provide me with a special option?

Yes, a week before the retreat we will contact you to discuss the specifics of your diet if you have allergies or food intolerances.
