If you're feeling stressed, anxious, or struggling with sleep in the midst of a busy life...
Join me for a peaceful Tuesday evening dedicated to slowing down and resetting your Nervous System.

This Breathwork session is designed to help you unwind, calm your mind, and restore balance through gentle nasal breathing, soothing mindfulness Meditation and Sound Healing.

In this space, I will guide you through slow breathing techniques that promote deep relaxation, release tension and help you to enter a state of calm.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on the week ahead.


Who is this for? This class is for anyone that is a beginner to Breathwork all the way to those experienced in Breathwork.

If you are seeking a moment of peace and stillness from your busy life, relief from stress, anxiety or sleeplessness, this class is for you.


Details:

  • When: Every Tuesday night 7:30 - 8:30pm
  • What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Warm loose comfortable clothes (Pjs encouraged), Water bottle, Pillow(optional)
  • Benefits: Down-regulation of stress, improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a sense of inner calm.


Nikki is a trained Meditation, Breathwork and Crystal Sound Bowl Facilitator and has over 3 years experience guiding Women through her signature breathwork sessions.

Crystal singing bowls create a vibration that supports both the mind and body in shifting into a calmer, more regulated state.

Their tones can help reduce stress and tension, ease anxious thoughts, improve mental clarity, and encourage emotional release. Many women also notice deeper rest, smoother breathing, and a stronger sense of connection within themselves during and after sound work.


Take a pause, breathe deeply, and take the time to reconnect with yourself.
