What do I need to Participate?

Bring whatever makes you feel comfortable - There will be some Yoga mats and bolsters available, but please bring your yoga mat and a blanket or towel and a pillow for your head or knees. Wear comfortable clothing, thongs/sandals or easy to remove footwear. Water, notebook and pen for journaling.

What can I expect at the session?

You can expect a warm welcome. An inviting atmosphere with lots of people good people to connect with. Hot Cacao to warm the belly. An informative session on the power of the breath and practices you can take home for you own breathwork practice.

Who will be facilitating the session?

Brad Levey will be the main facilitator. Brad is the founder of Boundless Breath – Brad is a father of four, and a Master Breathwork instructor, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner / Coach, and Energy healer.
