Description:

Korn Ferry is a global organisational consulting firm. They help companies design their organisation – the structure, the roles and responsibilities, as well as how they compensate, develop and motivate their people.

The sessions are designed to help organisations to understand how they can make their talent management more fit-for-purpose and more likely to deliver solutions for the challenges of the new world of work. A key challenge in the aged-care sector is the supply and demand of aged care workers. This workshop will encourage organisations to evolve their approach by refreshing and/or ‘disrupting’ talent management to drive enhanced business performance. (2 hour).

Workshop Outline:

  • Welcome- context setting by the Head of HR
  • Talent management maturity assessment
  • Understanding success factors for talent management
  • Differentiating performance and potential
  • What does high potential look like at your organisation
  • Korn Ferry’s definition of leadership potential
  • Six signposts of potential
  • Benchmarking performance
  • Bias in talent management

Target Audience:

Senior management and HR teams or similar.
