1 Day workshop

The first level is purely for self-development and self-healing, giving you time to focus on yourself before anyone else.

The way I teach is "freestyle". You will have a manual but I won't always follow and read it, I just go with the flow, but everything will be covered and way more! We sit on the floor or couch, it's your own space so make yourself comforatble, and if we do in a venue I'll bring mat and pillow to make everything as comfortable as possible.

We will star the day with a Cacao Ceremony and meditation with crystal singing bowls.

✨️ You will learn the Reiki Principles

✨️ How to use and channel the energy of Reiki for sel-healing

✨️ You will receive 4 attunements over the day

✨️ You will learn the hands position and get to practice

✨️ I share as much as I can with you

Most importantly I will hold the space for you to release, open your crown chakra to receive, learn and reconnect with YOUR wisdom and knowledge.

✨️ You will get the manual, a little gift, a certificate, all the knowledge from me to you and the gift of Reiki.

💚 Drinks and snacks will be provided as well as Cacao will be avalible all day (please let me know if you have any allergies or food intolerance, everyting will be mainly gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian but please let me know)
