No experience to Reiki is needed, every level is welcome. This workshop will guided you through the foundations and support you to begin connecting in. If you have had many session before, this will be a great container to learn how to attune others to the beautiful energy work with Reiki.
Not at all. In fact this course has been designed to include an introduction to energy work for people who are new to this field. For anyone who has been working with energy there will be plenty of tools to discover that you can develop into your current practices and work.
For many people, level 1 is a great tool for self-healing and self-care, and that is enough for them. For anyone seeking to heal others, it is the foundation of the initiation pathway to heal and teach others about this style of energy work.
You don't need to prepare anything except your openness, curiosity and a bottle of water. I advise you wear comfortable clothes, but that's subjective to your choice. I will have prepared your manual and all the props used throughout the day. Please bring along water, and lunch and pen.
