Yeah, us too. That tightness in your chest before a big meeting. The jaw clenching you don't notice until your teeth hurt. The Sunday scaries that show up like clockwork.

This workshop is about actually doing something about it.

Here's the deal

We're ditching the wellness word salad and teaching you real, usable tools to calm your nervous system when it's firing on all cylinders.

Think of it like a user manual for your stress response, except way less boring and with actual breathing exercises that work.


Part 1: The "Ohhhh, THAT'S why I do that" bit

- Start moving (because sitting still when you're anxious is torture)

- Quick brain science that actually makes sense, why you freeze during conflict, why your heart races before presentations, why you feel "off" even when nothing's technically wrong

You'll practice everything so you're not fumbling through it when you actually need it at 2am or in the work bathroom.

Part 2: The main event—breathwork journey

Lie down. Follow the breathing cues. Let whatever needs to come up, come up.

This is where people cry, laugh, have realisations, or just feel deliciously empty afterward. No performance required, your body knows what to do.

Part 3: The comedown

Optional sharing if you want. Silence if you don't. We're not forcing circle time on anyone.

Lauren Wainer
Lauren is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for helping others achieve emotional healing and transformation. With years of experience in guiding people through mindfulness practices, Lauren creates a nurturing and empowering space for each participant to feel safe, supported, and open to profound personal growth.


Saddy Babu
Saddy is a psycho-somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator with training in IFS, Jungian psychology and polyvagal science.

Her work supports people to move from intellectual understanding into embodied healing, building safety within and reconnecting to the aliveness beneath protective patterns.


Contraindications:

  • If you have severe cardiovascular conditions, or suffer from serious mental health conditions such as severe PTSD, psychosis, or epilepsy, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
  • This event may also not be suitable for those with certain respiratory issues, such as severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
    If you are unsure please don't hesitate to reach out

This event is open to everyone. It’s great to come alone, or bring a family member or friend along. Either way, you will be supported and welcome in this safe, healing environment.
