Can I attend if I've never done breathwork before?

Yes, beginners are more than welcome! The technique will be explained before the session begins and you will be guided through.

What type of Breathwork will we be doing?

We do a variation of Wim Hof breathing, an activation style breathwork along with a down regulation at the end of the session.

Question 3

Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

Accepted Answer

The style of breathwork we do is not recommended for pregnant women nor are ice baths. Once the baby arrives and you have recovered we would love to have you join us at a session!

Question 4

Do I have to get in the Ice Bath?

Of course not, you are welcome to sit out of any part of the session. But of course we do encourage you to give push yourself and give it a go, even if only for 10 seconds!

Question 5

If I'm sick, should I do the ice bath?

If you are currently sick, an ice bath can add more strain to your body trying to fight off your sickness. Rest up and join us next time!

Who is not recommended to do these sessions?

If you have any type of heart conditions or high blood pressure- please consult a doctor before booking a session.

What do I bring?

Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket/sleeping bag & pillow (optional but recommended as you may get cold during the breathwork component). Your drink bottle, bathers, towel & warm change of clothes

What do I wear?

Your warmest, comfiest clothes - PJ’s, dressing gowns, oodies, puffer jackets are encouraged as it can get quite chilly in the mornings! Wear your bathers under your clothes

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! We have many people attend our sessions on their own. It's a great way to connect and meet like minded people. Come as strangers, leave as friends!

Where’s the best spot to park and where do I find you?

Spotted Gum Carpark. We set up on the beach by the lake, down near the boat ramp.

Question 11

What if it rains or is bad weather?

In the case of bad weather, we will move the location of the event to an undercover area in Ferntree gully or in the case of extreme bad weather forecasted we will move the location to Aimee Seebeck Hall in Rowville.

Question 12

What if something comes up and I can’t attend on the day? If I get sick for example?

We have a 12 hour notice policy as we need to prepare and organise ice the night before. Please get in touch via email or text if you can no longer attend and we can organise a re-schedule for you.
