Is this a one or two day course?

You are welcome to attend just one day if this fits best with you. Two days are also available if you have more time to learn more. We also run diploma level courses which your tutor will be able to tell you more about.

What do i need to bring?

One small towel one cushion one water bottle. Please wear comfortable clothing we wish you to be relaxed and enjoy your time with us

Do i get a manual?

Yes you will receive a manual upon arrival and a certificate two days after completing the course
