We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for immediate opportunities within mental health and high-behaviour environments.

This session is for confident, resilient professionals who have experience supporting individuals with complex presentations and are comfortable working within structured behaviour support plans.

We are particularly seeking candidates with experience in:

• Self-harm behaviours
• Physical and verbal aggression
• Absconding and high-risk safety concerns
• Trauma-informed and behaviour support approaches

Experience within Correctional Services or Youth Justice environments is highly regarded, as these roles require strong behavioural management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
