Now is the time to get your cash flow and business plan sorted for 2021! Cash flow is the life blood of small business and it’s never been more critical to get it right. In this one hour event BEC Business Advisors David Yeates and Krystal Maytom will discuss business planning, ideas for thinking outside the box in a recession and go through a very simple cash flow spreadsheet from start to finish.

Held at the Deniliquin RSL Club, a light supper will be provided.

Meet your hosts, David and Krystal:

This workshop will be led by BEC Business Connect Specialists David Yeates and Krystal Maytom.

David’s experience in franchising, retail, corporate operation, sales and wholesale with high-profile retailers provides a valuable resource to operators. Development and growth of new outlets is a specialty of David’s which is joined by his knowledge of technical corporate sales. David also has extensive experience in change management and is a Wagga City Wanderers committee member.

Krystal has worked extensively in the realm of Public Relations and Event Management. She previously worked as the Manager of a theatre where she was responsible for marketing plans, creating social media content, event management, staffing and overseeing the financials of the business.
