- Check in with gentle breathwork and yogi philosophy
- Flow through a playful, accessible vinyasa (perfect for beginners!)
- Nourish your body with light, healthy treats and herbal teas
- Restore with blissful self-massage and restorative yoga
- Surrender into dreamy yoga nidra meditation
Every element is designed to help you power down your stress response and leave you inspired.

What's Included
- Light, nourishing refreshments and tea
- All yoga equipment is lovingly set up for you (mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, blocks, sometimes we bring out the massage balls!)
What to bring
Just yourself and an open heart. Consider bringing:
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen for reflection
- Your favourite blanket or cozy socks
Personal Attention
- We keep our classes and experiences small—maximum 12 people—so you get personalised attention.
