What Should I Bring?

Just bring yourself with an open heart. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable. Bring a keep cup if you have one for a heart-opening hot drink, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

How should I prepare myself for this workshop?

Accepted Answer

For extra comfort, bring an eye mask (optional) and dress in something comfortable for movement and deep breathing. Eat light meals or fast for at least 2 hours before. Drink plenty of water before and after the session. Come with an open mind and heart and be ready for a deep and immersive journey!

Where is the best place to find parking?

Depending on the time of the day, there are unrestricted street parking available but if you have difficulty finding a car space, you can also enter the car park entrance on Thomas St. Dial “225” on the intercom and there are 3-hour visitor car spaces available on every level.
