We recommend you arriving no later than 15 minutes after the commencement of your session time to allow enough time for your child to complete the activity.

How long will this activity take?

This activity is estimated to take about 15 minutes. If your child requires more or less time, we can easily accomodate this.

How big will my Rainbow Teddy Bear be?

Rainbow Teddy Bears are approx. 28cm tall & comes with a Certificate of Adoption for your child to fill out.

Can I use my Donut King voucher to get a coffee instead of a hot chocolate?

Yes! You can redeem your voucher for any small hot beverage from Donut King Redbank Plaza. If your kids don't like hot chocolate, this means a coffee for Mum!

Why do I need to book for this activity?

We are trialling our very first "paid & bookings required" School Holiday activation with these adorable Teddy Stuffems to reduce line-up time. To ensure this activity remains great value to our customers, each participant will receive a free small Donut King hot chocolate voucher.

Do you have Sensory Sessions for this activity?

Yes! We have 1 x Sensory Session on Wednesday 23 September form 9am - 10am. Please visit our other event page to book. Sensory places are strictly limited, so we kindly ask that these sessions be reserved for children who genuinely require this extra support.
