This workshop suitable for children 4 years - 12 years.

The 1 hour Learn to Ride workshop teaches children the skills required to advance from training wheels/balance bikes to riding a two wheel bike independently with confidence and ease.

This workshop is run by accredited instructors from industry experts CycleSense = Excellence and will take place at the Wilson Park Netball Courts, hosted by the City of Belmont.

During the workshop, kids will be instructed on how to ride safely, skilfully, and confidently on a two-wheel bike. Parents/guardians take an active role in assisting their child to ride a bike and receive valuable advice on how to progress their child’s riding experience.

What You Need to Know

  • Free workshop
  • Suitable for children 4 years – 12 years
  • Please meet at the club house/toilets adjacent to the courts.
  • All children will receive a bike and helmet check prior to the workshop.
  • Parents/guardians to bring along their child’s working 2 wheeled bike (training wheels removed if possible), helmet and a water bottle. Children to wear enclosed shoes
