R U OK? Day – A conversation could change a life.

R U OK? Day (Thursday 14 September 2023) is an annual day to remind us to reach out to those in our world who may be struggling. You don’t need to be an expert to reach out – just a good friend and a great listener.

There’s a heap of helpful resources to assist you in asking the question to friends and loved ones, as well as where to get help. Don’t know how to approach the conversation with someone you think may be struggling? Check out R U OK's helpful guides here.
