Panellists:

Mitch Brown (he/ him) made history in 2025 as the first publicly bisexual player in the 129-year history of the AFL men’s competition. He co-parents his two children with Shae and Lou and is passionate about inclusivity, men’s behavioural change and wellbeing, and creating safer spaces in sport and beyond.

Shae Bolton-Brown (she/ her) is a former professional Australian netball player and co-parents with Mitch and Lou. She is the GM of the Melbourne Mavericks Super Netball team and also has senior leadership experience in sports management, entertainment and wellbeing programs.

Louisa Keck (she/her) is Mitch's partner. She is also an experienced facilitator and social enterprise leader, with a career focused on mental health prevention, leadership development, and creating safe and inclusive workplaces, schools and sporting clubs.
