About this event

Queensland is at the forefront of production on new screen mediums. High-quality digital content including visual effects, gaming, app development and virtual and augmented reality platforms have the potential to stimulate job creation, create career pathways, increase the domestic market and attract global investment.

Jobs Queensland has committed to developing a workforce plan for the screen and digital games industry in Queensland as an opportunity under the Advance Queensland Screen Industry 10-Year Roadmap and Action Plan.

In partnership with Village Roadshow Studios, we are seeking the views of industry participants on the direction of the Screen industry in Queensland and on its workforce priorities and challenges.

We invite you to join us for the workshop to provide your input and help contribute to the development of a workforce plan which reflect Queensland’s Screen industry and its future direction.

Places are limited so RSVP will be essential.

In the meantime, please feel free to subscribe to the Jobs Queensland eNews, or follow Jobs Queensland on LinkedIn and Twitter to stay up-to-date with our current and future work.
